How long does delivery take?
Sofas ship from our U.S. warehouse within 1–3 business days and arrive 3–5 business days later. Pillows ship separately from our partner workshop and arrive in 7–14 business days. Delivery is free across the contiguous United States.
Will my sofa arrive in one box?
Most sofas ship in two or more boxes, which may arrive on different days. The number of boxes is listed on each product page.
Do I need to assemble it?
Our Cloud sofas need little or no assembly: some only need their legs attached, and compressed models simply expand after unboxing. Studio and Harmony modular pieces connect in minutes, with all tools included.
Will it fit through my door?
Every sofa ships in separate boxes or modules, which makes tight hallways and stairs easier. Check the dimensions on the product page, and email us if you would like box sizes.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days to return unused items in their original packaging. See our Refund Policy for details.
What if something arrives damaged?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will send a replacement part, a replacement item or a refund at no cost to you.
How do I care for the fabric?
Vacuum regularly with a soft brush attachment and blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid direct sunlight to keep colors bright.
