Refund policy

30-day returns

You may return an item within 30 days of delivery if it is unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging. To start a return, email contact@salonarahome.com with your order number. Items sent back without an approved return request cannot be accepted.

Return shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Because sofas are large and heavy, return freight can be significant; we are happy to provide a quote before you decide.

Non-returnable items

• Compressed sofas once the compression packaging has been opened, since they cannot be re-compressed.
• Items that have been used, assembled and damaged, or are missing parts or packaging.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace the part or item, or refund you in full, including any shipping costs.

Cancellations

You can cancel free of charge before your order ships. Once shipped, the return policy above applies.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
